1] Get up early in the morning.....soon after wake up say Thank you to God for blessing you with another day.Go and meet yourself near mirror and give a smile to yourself and then say '' Today is my day.I can do best.God will be always with me.
2] Do Meditation . Do Yoga . Do physical exercises.
3] Listen to Devotional songs.
4]Say '' Thank you '' for what you have at present. Count your blessings. Feel there is a abundance of health , wealth , happiness in this world.
5]Go to top of building or open ground and enjoy the sunrise in the morning and at night time after dinner.....enjoy the atmosphere.
6] During working hours or Office hours , close your eyes for atleast two minutes and meditate.....Relax well....
7]Take ten minutes to Memorize the happiest moments happened in your life .
8]Listen to your favorite music, songs , motivational videos which will recharge you
9]Have productive discussions with family about future plans .
10]Make sure that your journey time is productive.
11]Read Self-Help books before going to bed
12] Write diary on daily basis and also write '' TO DO LIST '' for next day schedule before getting into sleep.
13] Put the time limit while using facebook , whatsapp etc etc....
14]Do Puzzles . Play Chess game . Try to answer logical or technical questions.
15]Use creativity . Try to write poems , stories , songs , dialogues .
16]Concentration is must while taking food. Think nothing while eating food . Enjoy completely and involve yourself in taking food. Have gratitude for the food you have .
17] Give positive suggestions to Subconcious mind after lying on bed in the process of sleep ......Example '' I have more money with me ''.....'' I have stuff to face any problem ''.......'' I have good family relations''.....'' I have reached my goal ''..
